You can opt out of any communication from Brad Patshkowski at HHL Group at any time, for any reason, without giving one. Opting out will never affect a loan you already have in process.

The fastest ways

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message you receive from us. That stops texts immediately and does not require anything else. Reply HELP for help.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or write to brad@hhlnorthwest.com.
• Phone calls: tell us on the call, or ring (509) 252-4000 and ask to be added to our do-not-call list.

Tell us what to remove and we will suppress it across our systems. Requests are honored within 10 business days, and usually much sooner. You do not need to explain why.

What we do with it

We add the phone number or email address you give us to an internal do-not-contact list. We keep that record specifically so we do not contact you again — it is not used for marketing, and it is not sold or shared. A note on scope

This removes you from communications sent by Brad Patshkowski and HHL Group. Canopy Mortgage, LLC maintains its own records as the licensed lender; if you also want to be removed from communications sent by Canopy directly, say so in the form or on the phone and we will pass the request along.
